Senior Maintenance Administrator
Location: Lakenheath
Monday – Friday – 40 hrs 0800- 1700
Temp to Permanent
Pay Rate: Up to £11.54 per hr
Recruiting on behalf of a specialist maintenance firm based in Suffolk, urgently looking to identify an experienced Senior Administrator to join their established team
Main responsibilities for Senior Administrator
* Manage reactive changes and amendments on behalf of client’s requirements/ requests
* Attend monthly and quarterly meetings
* Supervisor and coordinate team members
* Tracking works/ projects with field staff
* Communication with clients on a daily basis
* Updating internal systems/ database
* Deal with any queries/ issues
* Other daily tasks as requested by the client.
The successful candidate must have strong understanding of working in a Maintenance/ Housing/ commercial environment with extensive experience dealing with a team and strict deadlines
The successful candidate will be required to go through a level of security clearance.
