Rotational Mammographer / Radiographer

Join the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Imaging Department as a Rotational Mammographer / Radiographer. The post‑holder will work closely with the Lead Radiographers to manage service delivery, prioritise workloads, and uphold the highest standards of patient care.
Main duties of the job
Responsible for general radiography and mammography, acting as the point of contact for referrer and patient enquiries and for Radiographers. In the Lead Radiographers’ absence, oversee service operation and delivery, including prioritising work and ensuring quality patient care.
* Rotation through the general radiology department.
* Participation in the out‑of‑hours service.
Additional responsibilities:
* Act as a point of contact for enquiries from referrers, patients and other Radiographers.
* Take responsibility for the operation and delivery of the service when Lead Radiographers are absent.
Qualifications and Requirements
* DCR or BSc (or equivalent) in Diagnostic Radiography.
* Ability to work within a 24‑hour service, including out‑of‑hours shifts.
* UK‑recognised postgraduate qualification in Mammography.
