About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to join our dedicated team working across the Gwent area. Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional nursing care in accordance with NMC standards and organisational policies.

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans for patients.
*
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
*
Liaise effectively with doctors, allied health professionals, patients, and families.
*
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
*
Promote a safe environment for patients and staff, adhering to infection control and safeguarding procedures.
*
Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the team and participate in handovers and clinical reviews.
Requirements
*
Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
*
Minimum 6 months of recent UK nursing experience within a hospital or care setting.
*
Up-to-date clinical training certificates (Manual Handling, Basic Life Support, Medication Administration, etc.).
*
A valid Right to Work in the UK
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*
A caring, patient, and professional approach to nursing care.
