Your new role
As a Senior Tax Advisory Manager, you’ll join a dynamic team delivering high-quality tax planning and advisory services to a diverse client base. You’ll work closely with partners and directors on a wide range of projects, including:pany restructuring, shareholder tax planning, employee share schemes, dividend planning, tax-efficient share structures, acquisitions, disposals, and due diligence, management buyouts, estate planning and HMRC enquiries.
You’ll be responsible for managing assignments from start to finish, building long-term client relationships, and identifying opportunities to add value. This is a client-facing role that requires technical expertise,mercial awareness, and a proactive mindset.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
1. CTA / ACA / ACCA qualification
2. Broad knowledge of corporate, personal, business, and capital taxes
3. Experience delivering tax planning projects
4. Strongmunication skills, both written and verbal
5. Ability to manage and develop a team
6. A solutions-focused approach and an ability to work across disciplines
7. Initiative to spot opportunities and drive advisory work forward
