Temporary Communication Project Coordinator

£37.50 per hour
40 hours per week | 08:30 – 17:30 (1 hour unpaid break)
Hybrid – dependent on business requirements
We’re working with a Milton Keynes–based business that is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join on a temporary basis to support a key phase of stakeholder engagement activity.
This role will play a critical part in ensuring communications, coordination, and project activity are delivered smoothly across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Project coordination across multiple workstreams
Providing strong administrative support to ensure projects stay on track
Managing and organising communications across the business and wider network
Supporting stakeholder engagement, ensuring communications land effectively
Delivering multi-channel communications (internal, network, and stakeholder-facing)
Liaising confidently with a range of stakeholders at different levels
Supporting the completion and sign-off of stakeholder engagement activity About You
Proven experience in project coordination or project support roles
Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator who engages outwardly across the business
Strong administrative skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Comfortable working with different communication channels and stakeholders
Proactive, reliable, and able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
