We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Band nurse for the Ambulatory Unit which provides assessment, diagnosis & treatment following referrals from both primary & secondary care. The service prevents hospital admissions, working collaboratively with all members of the MDT within a supportive & pro active environment.
The successful candidate will support the Ward Manager in providing clinical leadership to the nursing team, supporting & mentoring junior staff & contributing to the Trusts' strategic priorities.
Experience in an acute setting is essential & hold a genuine passion for delivering high standards of clinical care.

Main duties of the job
To deputise in the absence of the Ward Manager in assisting & providing leadership to the Ward Teams in delivering a high standard of care
Developing & maintaining clinical skills & knowledge necessary to provide person centred evidence based care.
Work in collaboration across all professional boundaries promoting effective relationships.
Ensure compliance within our clinical governance framework, motivating colleagues, championing service user safety and driving for continuous improvement
