Job Title: Exhibition Coordinator
Location: Cheadle Hulme (initially office-based, with potential for hybrid 2–3 days/week)
Salary: £24K+ depending on experience

Are you a natural organiser with a passion for live events and exhibitions? We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Exhibition Coordinator to join a busy and supportive team working on world-class trade shows across the globe.
This is a brilliant opportunity to grow your career in events while contributing to the successful delivery of high-impact exhibition stands for major B2B brands.
In this role, you’ll:
* Coordinate key logistics such as travel, shipping, furniture, and venue services
* Build and manage detailed project timelines
* Prepare essential documentation (risk assessments, method statements)
* Communicate with venues, suppliers, and internal teams
* Order promotional materials and manage marketing assets
* Support team members with admin and day-to-day project tasks
* Track budgets and contribute to smooth project delivery
You’ll bring:
* A degree in Event Management or similar experience in exhibitions/events
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
* Great communication and teamwork skills
* Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* A willingness to travel (UK and overseas) as the role progresses
* A valid passport and flexibility for occasional weekend work (with TOIL provided)
