Full Time – Four days in the office, Fridays working from home.

Minimum two Years Experience in Bridging Finance.

£45,000 base salary (£65,000 OTE - uncapped commission)

Due to exciting growth and expansion, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bridging Business Development Manager to join specialist property lending business, Wey Bridging Finance, in Surrey. Focussing on Bridging Loan Finance, you will be working closely with clients, brokers and internal teams to develop new business and optimise funding opportunities. Candidates must have experience within Bridging Loan Finance.

Wey Bridging Finance provides short-term unregulated loans to both businesses and individuals. We use our own capital to directly lend to the UK property market. Our lending solutions are ideal for property owners, developers and businesses. As we are a privately funded lender, we can complete transactions within days of the initial enquiry.

Responsibilities for the Bridging Loan Business Development Manager:

* Identifying and developing relationships with financial intermediaries, property investors and property developers throughout the UK.
* Developing new business and optimising funding opportunities through our established database of financial intermediaries and Property investors.
* Managing relationships, always ensuring an exceptional customer service.
* Full management of the client journey from application to completion.
* Ensuring exceptional service and communication levels are maintained.
* Report pipeline and key opportunities to Head of Lending and Company Directors.

Skills and Experience for the Bridging Loan Business Development Manager:

* Minimum two years experience within the Bridging Finance market as a Business Development Manager.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Strong system and computer skills.
* A passion for property.
* Proven experience of working with and managing client and broker relationships.
* Proven experience of developing own pipeline and generating new business.
