Maintenance Engineer (Either Mech or Electrical, Any Bias Welcome!) Location: Scunthorpe Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights) Salary: £46,000 basic overtime (1.5x, 2x) Hours: 42 hours per week The Role We're recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a large, clean, high-volume manufacturing site.

The role sits within a well-established engineering team and focuses on maintaining production lines, responding to breakdowns, and supporting ongoing reliability improvements.
You'll be working on a fast-moving production environment, where safety, uptime, and teamwork are key.
