Promologistics is a dynamic business based in Woking Surrey. The company provides marketing agencies and leading brands with specialist logistics, warehousing, and fulfilment services.
We are currently looking to recruit a self-motivated Office Administrator to join our existing team to support the Senior Director and wider team. The job responsibilities would include assisting with the day-to-day management of specific projects on behalf of a number of blue-chip clients.
The successful applicant should preferably have experience working on multiple projects within a fast-paced environment You would be working within a small team, and the role would require the processing invoices from data supplied, answering client telephone enquiries, coordinating clients' requests and handling day to day admin tasks.
Applicants should a have a sound understanding of Word and Excel, in addition full training will be given on our own bespoke warehouse management system and network shipping solutions.
The working hours are 09:00 to 18:00, 5 days a week, however we are flexible on working times. After a successful probation period. 24 days paid holiday is offered, plus bank holidays.
