We’re looking for a Multi-skilled Plumber to join our team! Contractually based out of Basingstoke, you’ll be working around the North Hampshire area. This is a full time, permanent role, working 39 hours per week and will include participation on the on call rota.

Here’s the facts about the role:
As a plumber multi, you’ll carry out plumbing alterations and maintenance to our properties, supplies and private appliances. You’ll identify, diagnose and rectify any faults in appliances. And carry out repairs and maintenance within our properties including carpentry and other skilled trades. This role will involve some light admin duties and the use of an electronic handheld device.
You’ll need to have a Level 2 qualification in plumbing (NVQ or equivalent). And be able to provide us with evidence of this at interview. You’ll also need to have a strong background in a similar role.

* Working at heights
* Manual handling and lifting heavy and bulky items
* A high degree of mobility, which will include walking/lifting/loading and unloading vehicles
A full, clean current driving licence (held for at least 1 year) is needed so you can drive one of our vans when necessary. Offers are subject to satisfactory driving licence checks and DBS check.
