Our client based in North Yorkshire has a fantastic opportunity for a very experienced surveyor (who is looking for a company without the need to be micromanaged or targeted) to join their professional team on a self employed basis. Must be AssocRICS or MRICS qualified Must be a RICS registered Valuer At least 5 years post qualification experience. The role will consist of 4-5 surveys per week, including both Level 2 Homebuyer Surveys and Help2Buy Release Valuations. Over half the work includes a valuation, so being a RICS Registered Valuer is a must. You will have the option (subject to experience and existing training) to conduct Level 3 Residential Surveys. In addition to this, you are free to pick up other work such as residential probate and CGT valuations as they wish to bolster income. In addition to any snagging or condition reports.
