The Governing Body of Cwmaman Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work in the school.
The successful candidate will complement our existing excellent team, working together, inspiring ambition so that all children can achieve their very best now and in the future. Every child is different and their individuality is valued, respected and celebrated in our inclusive school community.
The successful candidates will:
•Be flexible and able to work effectively with all age groups from Nursery to Year 6;
•Have good literacy, numeracy and communication skills;
•Be able to establish excellent relationships with staff and pupils;
•Have excellent organisational skills;
•Have high expectations of all pupils;
•Be able to support pupils with additional learning needs.
