Job Introduction

Customer Service Assistant

Salary - £25,185 - £25,989 pro rota (Grade 3)

Hours – 14 hour per week (see shift pattern below)

Location - WV Active Central & Aldersley

Contract type - part time, permanent

Shift Pattern – The shift patterns listed below are fixed and cannot be amended

Week 1

Thursday - 14:15-22:15

Friday – 14:15-22:00

Week 2

Thursday - 14:15-22:15

Friday – 13:45-22:00

Week 3

Monday – 15:00-19:00

Saturday – 07:30-16:30

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll need to be customer focused, want to help our members achieve their fitness goals, have a modern approach and be ready to move the business forward.

You will deliver excellent customer service as WV Active's front of house representative and provide a welcoming, warm and professional environment to all visitors. You will have a positive and customer orientated approach in ensuring visitors have the best experience.

You will support the Sales & Service Manager in sales, retention and administration of memberships. You will also have an interest in the leisure and fitness industry and be knowledgeable about WV Active facilities and offers to actively sell and promote services.

Special conditions:

A rota system is in place for this post and should expect to work early, late and weekend shifts. Please see shift pattern below.
