We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a warm and supportive primary school in Walsall. This full-time role begins in December 2025 and offers the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Your Role Will Involve:
* Providing one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with a range of SEN needs
* Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
* Adapting learning resources and approaches to suit individual learning styles
* Encouraging pupils confidence, independence, and active participation
* Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure consistent, effective support

* Is a graduate or soon-to-be graduate (all subjects welcome)
* Ideally has experience supporting children with SEN (training can be provided)
* Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to every childs success
* Is a strong communicator, proactive team player, and eager to develop their skills
