Employability Practitioner Tutor
This is for Employability Practitioner level 4. This is a permanent role. Home based role with some travel to Walsall and Staffordshire for sector meetings once every two months – mileage paid.

Duties
* Deliver engaging, structured learning sessions aligned to the employability practitioner apprenticeship standard.
* Provide one-to-one coaching online and some in small groups online.
* Mentoring and support tailored to the learners’ needs.
* Dealing with learners who work mainly as coaches with challenging caseloads, careers advisors, case workers, IAG advisors.
* Prepare learners for end point assessment.
* Use a range of digital tools and platforms to deliver blended learning.
* Track learner progress, set clear targets and maintain records.
* Build strong relationships with employers to support workplace development and on-the-job learning.
* Ensure all delivery meets quality, compliance, and safeguarding expectations.
Experience essential for this role
* Must be able to travel to Walsall and Staffordshire once every two months – mileage paid.
* A recognised teaching, assessing, or coaching qualification or a willingness to work towards one.
* Experience working as an Employability practitioner or employment advisor, careers coach, or similar role.
* A recognised level 4 or equivalent in information advice and guidance (IAG).
* Accept level 3 IAG or equivalent.
Salary / hours
£28,000 per annum. Working Monday to Thursday 8:45 am – 5 pm and Friday 8:45 am – 4 pm, with a 45‑minute lunch break each day.
