Who We’re Looking For You’ll be a dedicated and detail-conscious individual with a minimum of one year’s experience in a Residential Conveyancing department. You should be ready to:
* Maintain high levels of precision – Ensure all conveyancing support tasks are executed accurately.
* Work collaboratively – Operate smoothly within the team and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Communicate confidently and professionally – Whether by email, phone or face-to-face.
* Adapt and anticipate – Manage varied responsibilities with efficiency and uphold excellent standards.
* Act independently – Bring reliability, self-motivation, and a willingness to expand your knowledge.
Main Areas of Responsibility
* Assisting a Licensed Conveyancer with ongoing residential conveyancing matters.
* Coordinating with clients, solicitors, and third parties to aid the progress of transactions.
* Tracking billable activities and contributing towards revenue goals.
* Handling tasks connected to mortgage-related procedures and other property law functions.
