Responsibilities
* Manage a varied employment caseload including disciplinary and grievance matters, whistleblowing, and discrimination cases.
* Support and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and expertise.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum of 6 Years PQE in employment law, with solid technical knowledge gained from a regional, national, or City firm.
* Confident in handling complex cases and supporting team development.
* Exceptional attention to detail, high-quality work, proactive approach to client service, and ability to meet deadlines.
