We are looking for a Receptionist / Property Assistant to join our Banff office on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave.
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm)
Start Date: November/December 2025
Contract: 12 months maternity cover
Key Duties:
* Welcoming clients and visitors as the first point of contact
* Answering calls and managing the office diary
* Supporting property solicitors with marketing and administration
* Attending properties to gather details and photographs for schedules
* Creating and updating property schedules, website listings, and third-party sites
* Arranging and attending property viewings (occasional evenings/weekends)
* Liaising with clients and other parties by phone, email, post, and in person
* General reception and office administration
Skills & Experience:
* Previous estate agency experience preferred
* Full, clean, UK driver's licence and willing to drive for work
* Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
* Ability to multi-task and manage workloads effectively
* Reliable, professional, and discreet with client information
* Team player with good organisational and time management skills
