We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects for our clients and internal teams. The Project Manager will serve as the central point of coordination between clients, internal teams, and external collaborators, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and at the highest quality standards.
This role is critical in maintaining smooth workflows, managing timelines, and ensuring client satisfaction while supporting a fast-growing digital services agency.
1. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
3. Coordinate tasks between content creators, SEO specialists, designers, developers, and account managers
4. Track project progress and adjust schedules/resources to ensure timely delivery
5. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project status and updates
6. Facilitate regular check-ins and status meetings with internal teams and clients
7. Manage client expectations, scope changes, and approvals in alignment with company policies
8. Ensure client satisfaction by proactively identifying risks and providing solutions
9. Review project outputs to ensure alignment with quality standards, branding, and client guidelines
10. Ensure adherence to internal SOPs, compliance, and confidentiality protocols
11. Identify potential issues early and escalate to relevant teams for resolution
12. Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects
13. Anticipate risks and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies
14. Monitor team workloads to prevent burnout and optimize efficiency
15. Maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and dashboards
16. Provide timely updates to leadership on project performance, risks, and outcomes
17. Capture lessons learned and recommend process improvements
18. Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to project workflows and SOPs
19. Implement project management tools and best practices to enhance team productivity
20. Support the onboarding and training of team members on project processes
21. Proven experience as a Project Manager in a digital, SEO, content, or marketing environment
22. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
23. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
24. Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Jira, Notion, etc.)
25. Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
26. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
27. Knowledge of SEO, content publishing, and digital marketing workflows is a plus
