What you will do
* Assess and review the needs of children and young people referred to the Children’s Front Door service.
* Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners including police, health, education, and probation services to address safeguarding and child protection concerns.
* Gather and analyse information from a range of sources to determine appropriate interventions and responses.
* Initiate safeguarding actions and interventions to prevent harm and promote the welfare of children.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure clear communication with both internal teams and external professionals.
