Senior Account Manager – New Business – Basic Salary £45K + Car Allowance + Commission (OTE £90K+) + Benefits – Guildford, Surrey GU4 7WA


The Role

Are you a sales professional with a proven track record of securing new business and driving revenue growth? Do you have experience selling CCaaS/UCaaS solutions, and are you local to Surrey and looking for a role where your industry knowledge and skills can truly shine?


We’re seeking a Senior Account Manager – New Business to help fuel our expansion efforts. This is a high-impact role focused on bringing in new business, and your ability to engage with senior stakeholders and understand their needs will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Secure new business by building strong, lasting client relationships
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Prepare accurate reports and proposals with clarity and precision
* Identify opportunities for growth and recommend the most appropriate products and services
* Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
* Oversee project planning and change management to ensure smooth implementation
* Stay current on industry trends, especially in CCaaS and UCaaS
* Recognise and address risks or opportunities within customer relationships
* Ensure high levels of service delivery and client satisfaction
* Provide timely updates and reports to senior management.

The Person

* Minimum 5 years of experience selling CCaaS/UCaaS solutions, with strong knowledge of platforms like Zoom, 8x8, Five9, Mitel, or Microsoft
* Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders and managing complex sales processes
* Highly driven, motivated, and proactive character
* Track record of acquiring new logos with Total Contract Value (TCV) of £500k+
* Ability to commute at least one day per week to Guildford (ideally within an hour’s drive)
* Skilled negotiator, communicator, and decision-maker
* Organised, detail-focused, and accountable
* Confident presenter to stakeholders and clients
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, particularly Dynamics
* Solutions-focused with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
