Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join their team in Stratford-upon-Avon.
As a Workshop Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring plant repairs and servicing are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales. Acting as the first point of contact for workshop management, you will coordinate and plan responses to breakdowns, routine maintenance, and service requests. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires strong organisational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues.
Workshop Controller Job Overview
* Provide telephone support to triage and resolve breakdowns where possible.
