Responsibilities
* Drive revenue across the electrical and mechanical fire portfolio.
* Lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
* Shape strategy to maximise market share.
* Engage hands-on with key clients, securing major projects, frameworks, and specifications.
* Ensure accurate forecasting and maintain strong margins.
