This full-time role begins in January 2025 and focuses on delivering personalised support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), through both one-to-one and small group interventions. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored support to pupils with SEN, both individually and in small groups Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering differentiated learning activities Support the implementation and review of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to monitor progress Adapt support strategies to meet evolving pupil needs What We’re Looking For: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Experience working with children with SEN A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare Level 2 Safeguarding certification (or willingness to complete training) Why Join Teaching Personnel?
