What you'll be doing...
1. Ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the centre.
2. Oversee contractors and facilities management contracts, ensuring all KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
3. Lead capital expenditure projects and implement sustainability initiatives, optimising utilities to support environmental and cost objectives.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, facilitating seamless transitions and refurbishments.
5. Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and regulatory compliance across the centre.

To be successful you’ll bring...
6. Proven experience in property/facilities management, preferably in retail or hospitality.
7. Solid knowledge of risk, security, and environmental management.
8. IOSH, NEBOSH, or relevant qualifications.
9. Track record in budgeting and confident with MS Office.
10. Fluent English, great communication, and a knack for problem-solving.
