Were looking for someone who enjoys talking to people and providing great service over the phone. In this role, youll focus on supporting customers, handling policy renewals, and ensuring they receive an excellent experience every time.
What youll do:
Contact customers to discuss their upcoming renewals and answer any questions they may have
Provide clear and accurate information about products and services
Handle queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
Make sure all paperwork and system updates are completed accurately
Work with other teams to improve the overall customer experience
What were looking for:
Someone who likes being on the phone and enjoys helping customers
Experience in customer service, account management or retention is helpful (but not essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable using CRM systems or willing to learn
A team player who can also work independently
No prior insurance experience needed
full training will be provided
Qualifications:
GCSEs or equivalent (A-Level or degree is a bonus but not essential)
