Retail / Business Manager • Location: Barnsley • Salary: £30,000 OTE £50,000 • Hours: Monday – Saturday, no Sundays, 5 day working week.

Responsibilities
* Aid customers in finding the right finance package to suit their needs
* Work closely with the Sales Executives and Sales Manager to apply strong financial and information (F&I) knowledge to assist the department
* Operate within a high-volume, fast-moving Milton Keynes Used Car Sales operation environment
* Sell finance, insurance products and additional products
* Comply with FCA regulations and company guidelines
* Match customers\' needs to the relevant finance sources
Requirements
* Experience as Retail / Business Manager is ideal, but highly experienced Car Sales Executives or Sales Controllers may be considered
* Highly self-motivated with a desire to earn and a career focus
* Full UK Driving licence
* Willing to work weekends, with limited Sundays
