Exciting opportunity to join a leading wealth manager as a Marketing Manager. This is a newly created role, and has line management responsibility for two direct reports.

Location: London City

Hybrid working - 3 days in the office

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic marketing function within a well-established financial services environment. The team plays a central role in elevating brand presence, strengthening client relationships, and supporting business growth through strategic and creative marketing initiatives.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team responsible for delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistency, quality, and impact across all touchpoints.


The Role

We’re looking for a well-rounded Marketing Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across a broad mix of marketing disciplines. This role combines hands-on delivery with strategic input and people management responsibilities.

You’ll play a key role in driving internal engagement, delivering high-profile campaigns, and supporting international marketing activity, while also managing junior team members.


Key Responsibilities of Marketing Manager (Wealth Management)

* Lead the delivery of thematic marketing campaigns, including sustainability-focused activity
* Oversee the creation of flagship reports and associated promotional plans
* Contribute to multi-channel campaigns spanning digital, events, and social
* Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver engaging internal communications initiatives
* Create clear, compelling content across a variety of channels
* Support the development of client-facing communications on an ad hoc basis
* Take ownership of marketing activity for a key international business area
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure alignment with wider strategy
* Deliver integrated campaigns across partnerships, events, and digital platforms
* Collaborate on the execution of high-profile events and client experience
* Line manage and develop junior team members
* Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to enhance team performance
* Ensure brand consistency across all outputs
* Work closely with external partners to develop high-quality marketing materials


Experience required of Marketing Manager (Wealth Management)

* Proven experience in a broad, generalist marketing role in financial or professional services
* Previous team management experience, direct line management responsibilities
* Strong background in content creation, campaigns, and events
* Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
* Highly organised with strong project management capabilities
* Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
* High attention to detail
* Proficiency in core business tools (e.g. Microsoft Office)
