The People Operations Coordinator will join a close-knit ops team, supporting the delivery of people strategies and operational excellence across the firm. You will play a key part in the day-to-day running of HR operations, ensuring that employees and managers receive timely, accurate, and high-quality support. This is a varied and fast-paced role offering excellent exposure across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You’ll work closely with colleagues across People Operations, Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Business Partnering, with opportunities to get involved in projects and process improvements.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries, providing guidance on policies and procedures.
2. Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, ensuring data protection standards are met.
3. Manage updates to HR systems and assist with reporting on key people metrics.
4. Support payroll, benefits, and policy administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
5. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and automation.
