The ideal candidate will have:
* A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
* A clear understanding of the EYFS framework
* A positive, nurturing attitude and strong communication skills
* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
* A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
