The Opportunity
A well-established Legal 500 and forward-thinking commercial law firm is seeking a talented Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing dispute resolution team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regarded practice that advises a broad client base, including developers, landlords, tenants, investors, and commercial occupiers.
The Role
You will handle a varied caseload of property disputes, with responsibility for managing matters from instruction through to resolution. The role offers exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues across real estate and commercial litigation teams.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Advising on a wide range of contentious property matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, forfeiture, lease renewals, and dilapidations
* Handling disputes relating to easements, restrictive covenants, boundaries, and rights of way
* Acting on possession proceedings and trespass claims
* Supporting clients through mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings
* Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
1. About You
* Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (ideally 2–6 PQE, though other levels will be considered)
* Strong experience in property litigation matters
* Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach to dispute resolution
* Excellent drafting and advocacy skills
* Ability to manage a caseload independently while contributing to a collaborative team
* Strong client care and communication skills
