Extensive experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), General Merchandise, and/or Retail industries with a deep understanding of the Market Research industry. Strong passion for AI and a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business settings. Proven track record of leading successful technology deployments, preferably centered on AI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be creative and nimble when warranted as well as the ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly and succinctly. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing diverse and geographically dispersed teams. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders as well as the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Masters degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field preferred. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications. Lead and manage the cross-functional deployment team responsible for the delivery of AI solutions at each client, ensuring alignment to the client objectives and effective execution of project deliverables. Conduct thorough needs assessments and strategic planning sessions to understand client requirements and challenges as it relates to the deployment of the AI solutions. Provide strategic guidance to clients on best practices for deployment, including AI technology integration, process improvement, and change management. Oversee the deployment lifecycle, from initial sale through the successful deployment of the AI solutions as well as the transition to ongoing post-deployment support. Collaborate with senior leadership and client stakeholders to communicate deployment progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment between Circana and the clients goals. When necessary, leverage deep expertise on AI and Circana AI solutions to advise clients on best deployment practices. Advise and guide clients through adoption using change management principles. Manage deployment timelines, solution revenue, and resource allocation effectively, including establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the deployment is completed on time and within scope. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation with a focus on scale across the deployment team.
