A leading food business is looking for a Recruitment Manager to take the wheel of an established in‑house TA team, and make it genuinely excellent.
You will lead a team of three covering everything from volume operational hiring to specialist supply chain, procurement, and technical food roles across multiple UK sites.
The infrastructure is there. What's needed now is strong leadership, sharper processes, and someone who can reduce agency reliance while raising the bar on candidate experience and hiring manager accountability.
What the role involves:
* Leading and developing a team of 3
* End‑to‑end hiring across all functions and sites
* Building direct sourcing capability and talent pipelines
* Partnering with operational and technical stakeholders
* Reducing agency spend and driving direct hiring
* Improving process discipline and candidate communication
Who we're looking for:
* Strong in‑house TA background
* Exposure to operational or industrial hiring
* FMCG, food manufacturing or logistics background, a real plus
This is a first management role opportunity, ideal for a Senior Recruitment Partner or Lead Recruiter who is ready to step up and actually own something.
