Job Description
Your Future Team:
Marine Project Manager
Be part of a high-profile infrastructure program delivering submarine docking capabilities. As Marine Project Manager, you will oversee offshore project delivery within a complex defence environment, leading teams, managing interdependent projects, and ensuring programme success while maintaining military capabilities.
Your Missions:
* Lead planning, delivery, and commissioning of marine projects to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.
* Manage contracts, budgets, and risks while fostering strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all project phases from initiation to completion.
* Lead project teams and maintain stakeholder confidence.
* Manage contracts, monitor supplier performance, and control costs.
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure tracking.
* Monitor risks, implement changes, and ensure compliance.
* Promote a high-performing team culture.
Who We Need: A proactive project manager experienced in infrastructure, contracts, and financial oversight, capable of delivering in a complex defence environment.
Qualifications
Essential:
* SC Clearance or ability to obtain it, with the ability to work on-site at least 3 days/week.
* Hands-on experience in consultancy or construction, especially in marine infrastructure projects.
* Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with NEC4 contracts and IT proficiency.
Desirable:
* Experience managing projects in operational/marine environments.
* Collaborative working style and adaptability to changing needs.
* Knowledge of Primavera P6 and CEMAR.
Additional Qualifications:
* Membership of relevant professional bodies preferred.
* Marine-specific background or NEC Project Management accreditation considered an asset.
