The Senior Manager, Hotel Level Content Operations EMEA will be responsible for enabling Hilton hotels in EMEA to reach optimal online presence and visibility to drive performance. The Senior Manager will be responsible for outlining and overseeing content operations across multi-channel, mid funnel advertising activities as well as other online channels (both owned and 3 rd party). The role requires the right mix of creative excellence, media channel understanding and process-based governance to ensure solutions are driving performance and that the entire EMEA portfolio can be supported. In addition to overseeing complex project delivery, the Senior Manager will also need to work with both internal and external partners, commercial stakeholders and the wider Marketing and Loyalty organisation. What will I be doing? Reporting to the Director of Marketing & eCommerce Consulting, core responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Find opportunities to scale individual hotel content solutions to the whole portfolio and in turn drive performance for the region. Assess and launch new tech into the related processes and team to gain efficiencies and new capabilities. Ongoing strategic development of our mid funnel creative asset production, including direct agency and Team Member management. Orchestrate the complex and reoccurring creative delivery of our primary multi-channel, mid funnel performance marketing programme. Help to ensure website governance and best practice retailing principles related to hotel level content – typically involving specialized technology, tools and capabilities. Ability to orchestrate and oversee ongoing testing, performance analysis & application of key learnings. Work collaboratively across other teams within the business to ensure that regional and hotel content needs are catered for and that all teams remain in sync. Performance / storytelling of hotel level content impact across multiple initiatives. Including not only understanding available reporting metrics but also repackaging these insights for different audiences and stakeholders. Direct Reports: Three management level team members
