The Role As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the class teacher and contributing to a positive, engaging learning environment. Your responsibilities will include: Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils Assisting with lesson preparation, delivery, and follow-up activities Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment Supporting children with a range of learning needs, including SEND and EAL Promoting positive behaviour and supporting effective classroom management Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents What We’re Looking For Experience working with children, ideally within a primary school setting A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine passion for supporting learning Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable Why Join Teaching Personnel?
