Job Overview
Main responsibilities:
· Providing a high quality customer service
· Welcome and refer visitors ensuring they sign in/out of the building
. Answer the phone in a clear and helpful manner
Other responsibilities:
· Carry out client identification checks – obtaining and verifying client documentation. Processing ID checks using online system
. Opening post and distribution to relevant departments
· Processing outgoing post
· Maintaining the reception area to be clean and tidy
· Photocopying and scanning of documents
· Taking payments from clients and recording the transactions
· Filing
· Ad hoc admin tasks as required to support the office
Requirements:
Essential
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Working effectively and prioritising with competing demands
· Strengths in organisation and following procedures
· Ability to work independently and in a small team
· Use of Microsoft Office
· Ability to work in a busy office environment
· Maths and English GCSE grade 4
Preferable
· Prior reception experience

Pay: £12.75 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
