Element Recruitment are looking for a Product Compliance Manager to join a creative business based in Bath on a 12 month FTC. This pivotal role focuses on ensuring product compliance, safety, and quality across a range of products.
Job requirements:
* Advise on safety issues and ensure products meet international and customer-specific compliance standards
* Manage risk assessments, labelling, and factory audits for product development
* Support sales teams by providing compliance evidence and fostering key relationships
* Keep up-to-date with international legislation and implement relevant changes
* Work alongside factories to support sustainability claims and social governance standards
* Manage testing processes, review documentation, and oversee third-party inspections
