Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a Sales Account Manager - Digital Services to be based at our office in Warwick, UK. ROLE SUMMARY Were looking for a results-oriented Sales Account Manager to drive B2B digital services sales across industries such as aerospace,defense,automotive,manufacturing,andindustrialmachinery. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital solutions including Data & AI, PLM, CX, and Aftersales, along with a bachelors or masters degree in marketing. AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY ClientRelationshipManagement : Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithclients,servingastheprimarypointofcontact. Understandclientneeds,goals,andchallengestodevelopeffectivedigitalstrategies. Regularlycommunicatewithclients,providingupdatesonperformance,progress,andnewopportunities. Proactivelyidentifyandaddressclientconcerns,ensuringsatisfactionandretention. DigitalStrategyDevelopment : Developandimplementcomprehensivedigitalstrategiesalignedwithclientobjectives. Conductmarketresearchandcompetitiveanalysistoidentifyopportunitiesandthreats. Stayup-to-dateonthelatestdigitaltrends,technologies,andbestpractices. Proposeandimplementinnovativedigitalsolutionstomeetclientneeds. PerformanceAnalysisandReporting : Regularlyreportoncampaignperformance,providinginsightsandrecommendationsforimprovement. Trackkeyperformanceindicators(KPIs)andmeasurethereturnoninvestment(ROI)ofdigitalefforts. Usedataandanalyticstoidentifytrends,opportunities,andareasforoptimization. BudgetManagement : Managedigitalmarketingbudgetseffectively,ensuringthatcampaignsstaywithinallocatedresources. Proposeandjustifybudgetrequests,ensuringalignmentwithclientgoalsandobjectives. KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE Excellentcommunication,interpersonal,andpresentationskills. Abilitytobuildandmaintainstrongclientrelationships. Stronganalyticalskillsandexperienceindataanalysisandreporting.
