We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Paid Media Manager to grow, develop, and manage client targets, and manage Pay-per-click (PPC) accounts across platforms including Google, Bing, AMS and Apple Search Ads. You will work closely with the Paid Search Director to develop client strategy, and be the main client contact on performance accounts.
This is a hybrid role with at least two days per week required in either our London or Brighton office.
The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include the following:
1. Allocation of budget across campaigns/accounts
2. Tracking performance against client targets, highlighting any issues to the internal team and updating in monthly client meetings
3. Collaboration on enterprise level PPC strategies for our clients to deliver against objectives
4. Delivering top level insights to clients on current performance and areas to grow
5. Conducting tier 1 and 2 analysis tasks without support
6. Co-ordinate account audits and devise action plans to ensure our clients follow best practice
7. Quality assurance of direct reports’ output to ensure it meets the high standards iCrossing expects
8. Production of monthly reporting/decks
9. Running platform (Google/Microsoft) calls for your clients
10. Producing regular PPC forecasts alongside the PPC Director
11. Supporting with channel cross-sell initiatives, with the ability discuss their impact on PPC
12. Creating a pipeline of PPC tasks to develop accounts with fresh ideas
13. Co-ordinating client roadmaps, including BAU and testing
14. Contribution to account innovation plans and directing execution through scripting, tools, etc
15. Working with your SEO counterparts to drive Total Search results for our clients
16. Contribution to pitch material, and in some cases, attending pitches.
17. Line management of analysts within PPC team.
18. Ambassador of iCrossing UK and its values (ambitious, brave and collaborative).
19. You may be required to undertake such further duties as your skills, qualifications and experience allow and/or as may be assigned to you from time to time.
We're looking for someone who has:
20. Proven Paid Search experience and a strong grasp of PPC tools and analytics packages
21. Knowledge of account management, development and bid management platforms
22. Ability to create and manage successful PPC campaigns for our clients
23. Excellent oral & written communication skills
24. Outstanding presentation skills both internally and externally
25. The ability to mentor, and provide feedback to your direct reports to ensure that they develop a wealth of experience within PPC, Paid Media and Search
