About the Role As a TA - Complex Needs, you will support pupils with complex Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), severe learning difficulties, communication needs, and associated behavioural or sensory needs. Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual pupil needs Assist with communication, emotional regulation and sensory support Adapt learning activities to meet EHCP outcomes and developmental targets Promote independence, engagement and positive behaviour throughout the school day Build trusting relationships to help pupils feel safe, secure and ready to learn This is a highly rewarding position where every day brings new opportunities to make a meaningful impact.
