The Construction Project Manager Role

The Construction Project Manager
4. Be a member of, or working towards membership of, the RICS, CIOB, or APM, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and adherence to industry standards.

6. Possess experience with either or both JCT and NEC contracts, highlighting a thorough understanding of contractual obligations and project delivery mechanisms.
