The role
The Marketing Manager will lead and oversee the strategy and execution of marketing plans for ITV Studios and Zoo 55’s direct-to-consumer (DTC) projects. This includes FAST channels, brand licensing, and live experiences. In this role, you’ll drive consumer engagement and protect brand integrity across all channels. You’ll manage and mentor a Senior Marketing Executive, working closely with the commercial teams in Zoo 55 and Brand Licensing to hit key targets. You'll also act as the lead brand guardian for live experiences, ensuring all consumer interactions reflect brand standards. The role will entail but not be limited to:
1. Develop and deliver marketing campaigns for DTC products across FAST channels, brand licensing, and live experiences, ensuring they meet business goals.
2. Manage relationships with creative and media agencies, briefing them on campaign objectives and overseeing deliverables to ensure they meet strategy.
3. Act as a brand guardian for live experiences, ensuring consistent, high-quality representation across all consumer touchpoints.
4. Lead, mentor, and support the Senior Marketing Executive, providing guidance on brand licensing, consumer PR, and FAST channel marketing activities.
5. Build strong partnerships with platform partners, social media teams, scheduling, and internal teams to expand campaign reach and effectiveness.
6. Use insights from the Global Insights team to guide data-driven decisions and optimise campaigns.
7. Support DTC marketing needs across the wider business, working closely with other ITV Studios divisions to provide DTC expertise.
8. Manage budgets to align with objectives, ensuring resources are used effectively for maximum impact.
Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)
9. Experience working with free-to-air channels.
10. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
11. Strong budget management and administrative skills.
12. Track record of managing stakeholders across the business..
13. Expertise in digital media and a deep understanding of all media types.
14. Experience working with major brands and IP.

19. Experience in the leisure or tourism industry is a plus
