We are looking for an experienced and driven Regional Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery and growth of our project portfolio within a defined geographic region. This is a senior leadership role where you will act as the single point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality project delivery while driving commercial performance and continuous improvement.
Leadership & Team Management
* Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team including Project Managers, engineers, commercial staff, and operational teams
* Motivate, develop, and performance-manage team members
* Identify and nurture talent, supporting career development
* Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance
Project & Operational Delivery
* Oversee delivery of framework agreements, contracts, and subcontracts
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
* Allocate and manage resources effectively across projects
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Commercial & Financial Performance
* Deliver targeted gross margins across all projects
* Forecast revenue and resource requirements accurately
* Identify risks and opportunities to improve performance
* Work closely with Commercial teams to ensure sustainable returns
Client Relationship Management
* Act as the primary point of contact for key clients
* Build strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
* Ensure excellent service delivery and achievement of KPIs
* Identify opportunities for future work and business growth

Experience & Knowledge
* Proven experience in project delivery within the utilities or water industry

Qualifications
* Relevant qualifications in project management, operations, or business management
* Knowledge of CDM regulations and NEC contracts (desirable)
