The Role
We’re looking for a Rota and Clinical Coordinator to ensure the smooth daily running of our clinical operations. You will play a key role in managing clinical rotas, coordinating patient appointments, and supporting clinical workflows, helping deliver outstanding care at scale.
Key responsibilities:
1. Rota Management
2. Develop, maintain, and publish clinician rotas, ensuring appropriate cover across all services.
3. Manage all leave requests, shift swaps, sickness cover to ensure sufficient staffing levels are maintained.
4. Monitor and proactively address clinician scheduling gaps.
