We are seeking a GDC-registered Head Dental Nurse to oversee daily operations at our Canary Wharf dental practice.
* Provide clinical and operational support, ensuring compliance with CQC and GDC standards, managing stock, and supporting clinical staff.
* Lead and train team members, including Smile Zone Leads and Front of House staff, fostering a positive work environment.
* Ensure adherence to governance, conduct audits, and maintain data protection and CPD requirements.
* Build strong relationships with members and manage onboarding processes.
