Field Sales Executive - Oxford, Reading & Henley role at Brown-Forman.
At Brown-Forman, our ambition to conquer the On-Trade market is exciting, and as a Field Sales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of this journey. As a vital member of our On-Trade sales team, your mission will be to cultivate and expand our independent On-Trade business and forge lasting relationships within your designated territory. This role focuses on amplifying Brown-Forman's portfolio presence and driving growth across distribution, value, volume, brand advocacy, visibility, and promotional activations in the On-Trade landscape.
What You Will Do / Responsibilities
* Champion Iconic Brands and drive growth across the portfolio, including Jack Daniel's and our Super Premium brands such as El Jimador, Gin Mare, Diplomatico, and Woodford Reserve.
* Elevate customer partnerships by nurturing and expanding relationships with key customers within the territory.
* Drive value-led growth by collaborating with customers to develop and execute business plans that create value and increase volume.
* Pursue new business opportunities by working with national and regional wholesale teams to secure key accounts in on-premise locations.
* Foster internal collaboration across Brown-Forman's UK operations and the On-Trade team.
* Act as an On-Trade ambassador, participating in industry events and building relationships at strategic gatherings.
* Territory management: plan and prepare for customer engagements within the Salesforce CRM platform.
* Craft high-impact account strategies and account plans for independent premium accounts to deliver year-over-year growth aligned with KPIs.
* Manage budgets and resources with support from the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to maximise impact.
* Drive efficiency and compliance by leveraging CRM tools and adhering to sales processes.
* Champion responsible growth by executing incentive programs under RSM guidance while upholding corporate and social responsibility guidelines.
What You Bring To The Table / Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
* IT and social media savvy; proficient with MS Office and Google applications
* Strong business acumen; fluent English, both spoken and written
* Excellent communication skills (influencing, listening, presentations, written)
* Self-starter with ability to plan, prepare and gain alignment with others
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects to completion by deadlines
* Ability to build strong relationships at all levels with stakeholder awareness
* Collaborative team player who is adaptable, flexible and resilient
* Full UK Driving Licence (unless located in London)
