What You’ll Do
As our next Client Success Manager, you’ll:
* Lead the onboarding and success journey for a diverse client base across the health, fitness, and wellness industry.
* Build strong, genuine relationships — becoming your clients’ go-to partner and biggest cheerleader.
* Turn insights and data into meaningful recommendations that help clients grow.
* Anticipate client needs and identify opportunities before they ask.
* Partner with product, sales, and support to represent client feedback and shape future improvements.
* Measure success using key metrics (usage, onboarding time to value, NPS, renewals).
* Celebrate client wins — because success deserves recognition.
What You’ll Bring
* A natural passion for customer success and creating great experiences.
* Strong communication and project management skills.
* Confidence using CRM/CSM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Asana).
* A love for data storytelling — turning insights into action.
* Curiosity, empathy, and attention to detail.
* Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based environment (bonus points!).
