We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Private Client Solicitor to join our award-winning Legal 500 Tier 1 Wills, Probate and Estate Planning team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth and development of our private client offering, with scope to help shape the team across our Maidenhead and Windsor offices. The Role You will be working with an existing and collaborative team, including a part-time Associate Lawyer, two full-time legal assistants, and a part-time consultant. As a senior member of the department, you will be expected to: Take a lead role in managing and supporting the Maidenhead team, ensuring high levels of performance, motivation, and development Oversee workflow and contribute to the day-to-day supervision and mentoring of junior staff Deliver a broad range of high-quality private client services, including: Wills and estate planning Probate and estate administration Trust creation and administration Lasting Powers of Attorney Tax and succession planning for HNW individuals Maintain and enhance our excellent client relationships by delivering exceptional service Play a central role in driving business development initiatives and expanding the team’s presence across the Maidenhead and Windsor offices Contribute to the strategic direction and continued growth of the department About you Minimum of 8 years PQE in private client work Strong technical knowledge, especially in inheritance tax and estate planning STEP membership (or currently working towards STEP qualification) Demonstrated experience in managing complex matters and high-net-worth clients Proven leadership skills, and a collaborative approach to team management A proactive and commercially minded individual with excellent interpersonal skills We offer A senior role with genuine scope to influence and grow the department Supportive working environment with a collaborative culture The opportunity to work with high-quality clients and complex matters Competitive salary and benefits package Office: Maidenhead Hours of work: 9.00am - 5.30pm Other Benefits: Flexible Leave (Holiday) Policy, pension, life assurance, medical health cash plan & discount portal with Virtual GP & wellbeing tools & advice.
